Toygar is a highly awarded creative leader with a passion for building brands. In an industry too slow to adapt, he identified best practices and new technologies to build RECE, a strategic and creative partner for brands looking to grow. He's led brands like Visa, Gillette, McDonald’s and Mercedes-Benz. He's also led agencies like BBDO, DDB, HAVAS and Optimist. He made Adweek’s Creative 100, the Digital 40 over 40 list and has 30+ Cannes Lions to his name. All it took was German discipline, Turkish passion, and decades of American experience.

Growth & Business Lead

Kelly is a hands-on leader who majors in agency growth and marketing. Most recently, she worked with Toygar at 22squared, leading new business for the independent creative & media agency. Kelly also served as MD at Spring Studios NY, held CMO positions at YARD and The&Partnership, was Brand Director at FIG, and led communications for Mercedes-Benz at Merkley+Partners. She also served in account positions at Team One, Y&R, Ogilvy and TBWA\Chiat Day.

Jamie Rubin

Jamie is a seasoned media and marketing leader with over 25 years of experience guiding strategy and execution for world-class brands. His approach to media centers on connecting creativity, data, and technology to drive brand growth. With deep experience across holding companies and independent agencies, Jamie brings extensive knowledge of the media landscape, buying practices, and emerging modalities—along with a wealth of perspective shaped by decades in the industry.

Ole Pedersen

Chief Strategy Officer

Ole is a Norwegian-born strategy leader whose cross-cultural background ranges from military training in the Norwegian Armed Forces to deep immersions into a range of sub-cultures across the globe. Throughout a 25+ year career, Ole has led the charge for famous brands in nearly every category, ventured into international politics and Ivy League academia and shared his expertise at marquee global events such as the Cannes Advertising Festival and the APG conference.

Chief Design Officer

Ole is a celebrated design and branding leader with over 30 years of experience. He's led strategic and creative work for FENDI, Carrera, Carlsberg, Adidas and McKinsey. Lund’s work has been featured in GRAPHIS, EYE, VOGUE, The New York Times, and recognized by D&AD Awards, AIGA and the Danish Design Awards. His design practice is defined by narrative clarity, typographic excellence and cultural relevance. He holds a master’s degree in art from the Royal College of Art in London.
